or other written or drawn art works material pertaining to my personal recovery. 
I further understand that this material may be edited for space and /or content and that 
every effort will be made to assure my anonymity. 
I possess full legal capacity to exercise this authorization and herby release 
the Napa/Solano Newsletter and the Narcotics Anonymous fellowship and its service board and committees 
from any blame by myself, my successors and/or my assigns
